Izalia Spa offers the best Laser Hair Removal program in the DMV because we are obsessed with making each treatment effective; we follow a rigid protocol on our end to ensure effective treatments, and we put in the extra work to help you correctly do the part that only you can do, to ensure the same for each treatment in your series! This method substantially minimizes any need for ongoing treatments, and allows us to guarantee our work.  If the terms of a treatment series have been met, yet additional dark hair appears afterward on that treatment site, Izalia will pay for you to receive any needed touch-ups at our spa; it’s our forever GUARANTEE on our work done right!

Complimentary Treatments Terms and Conditions

We expect most treatment sites to see complete follicle destruction of dark hair within 5-8 Qualifying Treatments. If, after receiving the requisite number of Qualifying Treatments (according to your purchase terms), you observe dark hair presenting in that treatment area, and you have not voided the warranty by missing correctly timed effective treatments as explained in our Terms&Conditions, please contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary treatment. Complimentary appointments will not be performed on Saturdays unless openings become available that day or one day prior.

Even when receiving complimentary treatments, each of the requirements of qualifying treatments as described in Appointment Information & Terms&Conditions remain the same. Please especially note that this includes the requirement that 12 weeks of time may not pass between treatments without written verification from Izalia that there is an absence of new dark hair.  Shaving when there is no dark hair present, and any time prior to hair status evaluations is prohibited; shaving is evidenced by the absence of fine, vellus hairs which will otherwise be present within 6-8 weeks since the last treatment.
